Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
Orders processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Processing: 1-3 days (lights); 3-7 days (bicycles).

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
Contiguous US only. Carriers:

  • Bicycle lights: USPS, UPS, FedEx

  • Mountain bikes: Freight carriers (LTL)

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

  • Costs: Calculated at checkout. Free shipping on qualifying orders.

  • Times: Lights: 5-10 days; Bicycles via freight: 7-20 business days. Estimates, not guarantees.

4. Freight Delivery Process (Bicycles)

  • Carrier will contact you to schedule delivery window (4-hour).

  • Standard delivery is curbside or threshold – driver will not bring inside.

  • Inspect before driver leaves – note any visible damage on delivery receipt.

5. White Glove Delivery
Available for bicycles at additional fee. Includes delivery to room of choice, unpacking, and packaging removal.

6. Packaging

  • Bicycles: Flat-pack boxes with corner protectors, foam padding; reflectors and parts packed separately.

  • Lights: Boxed with foam inserts; FCC labels visible.

7. Damage Claims

  • Visible damage: Noted on delivery receipt – contact us immediately.

  • Concealed damage: Contact us within 48 hours with photos of damage and packaging. Keep all packaging.

8. Order Changes
Cancel/modify within 24 hours. Orders shipped cannot be canceled.
